Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Flexible working)

Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 plus benefits

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a Birmingham based supply chain and logistics business, on an exciting opportunity for a recruiter to join their team.

The successful candidate will be joining an already established recruitment team, supporting them with their current vacancies. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting across all levels of the business.

This opportunity will suit an established recruiter or be a perfect opportunity for someone who has recently stepped into the recruitment field.

Your role will involve:

• Being able to identify and attract the best sources of talent to the business utilising, LinkedIn, Job boards, networking and social media.
• Managing and arranging interviews.
• Screening applicants over the phone or on video call.
• Communicating effectively and timely with applicants and directly sourced candidates throughout the process.

• Previous recruitment experience and being able to demonstrate success in your current or recent role.
• Someone who can adapt easily to change and identify improvements to the ways of working.
• You will be expected to hit the ground running on the full recruitment life-cycle.
• Excellent attention to detail.
