Quantity Surveyor - Leading Retail Organisation - Up to £70,000 - Nottinghamshire

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you want to work client side for a leading international retail brand? If the answer is yes, this may well be the job for you.

The opportunity

Our client is a leading retail organisation within the UK and international retail sector. They have an in-house construction and development team that is responsible the coordination and delivery of new stores. As Quantity Surveyor you will join this team as a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor based at their head office in either central London or Nottinghamshire. The role will require travels to each of these locations from time to time.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing external cost managers for timely collation and submission of feasibility capex's, global cost trackers, year-end accruals, monthly cost reports, cashflow forecasts and you will have a sound knowledge of insurances, contracts, warranties.
