Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a PLC based in Birmingham who are seeking a Quality Monitoring Officer (Digital & Telephony). Within this key role for the organisation, you will be responsible for supporting the Risk and Compliance Director in maintaining a strong second line defence through the Quality Assurance/monitoring function.

About the role

The successful individual will be looking at the digital channels within our clients company and overseeing the customer interaction. You will be assessing telephony based compliance, making sure calls extracted from their service centre of at a high quality and suggest improvements if not.

What experience are we looking for?

• Experience working in a Quality Assurance role with a strong commercial awareness
• Experience and knowledge of FCA regulations is advantageous but not essential for this role
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self motivated
• Excellent at using IT software
• Eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
