Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary firm of engineers, designers, planners, consultants and technical experts working across every aspect of today's built environment sector. They help their clients solve their most complex challenges turning exciting ideas into reality.

Based from London an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a well established team with the real opportunity to progress to Associate level whilst working on some of the most exciting and complex projects in the country.

As Quality Manager you will attend design meetings to address quality issues & be part of the regular management review meetings to report on quality matters. This will include the preparation of the regular quality reports required and the related action plan that will have been established to deal with them. Working independently from the design discipline functions the Quality Manager will be the focal point and single point of contact for the design team and client on Quality matters. Working as part of the Project Leadership team you will develop quality management within the group.

As the successful Quality Manager you are likely to have significant experience of Quality Management and the delivery functions of a company under self-certification contracts and within ISO 9001/14001/18001 certified organisations. You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of developing and improving quality management systems. You will be a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (or other recognised quality body) or appropriate engineering institute and be a degree holder. If you are IRCA (International Register of Certification Auditors) registered as an Auditor that would be an advantage but not essential. Previous experience in the rail sector and/ or multi- stakeholder environment would also be an advantage.

In addition to make a significant impact you will be joining a diverse bunch of incredibly talented individuals, each on a unique career development journey. There is a highly competitive salary and market leading benefits package on offer to the successful Quality Manager and our client is fairly flexible on the level of experience of the successful candidate with relative salary and benefits grades.

By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Gleeson Recruitment Limited. Our Privacy Policy is available on our website and explains how we will use your data.
