Are you a Purchasing Manager based in the Warwickshire area with experience of purchasing ingredients and packaging? Are you familiar with controlling and replenishment of stock? If so, please read on as this role could be for you!
As Purchasing Manager you will have responsibility for procuring ingredients and packaging, planning production schedules and updating BOMS. You will maintain strong supplier relationships and update internal ERP systems. You will also work very closely with new product development teams and technical departments in planning and sourcing raw materials. You will also raise purchase orders, use the MRP system extensively and also have responsibility for management of stock.
In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience of buying ingredients and packaging
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Strong MRP/ERP systems experience
