We are excited to be working with a forward thinking, innovative and market leading company based in Warwick. Through expert market knowledge, advanced technology, and a sustainable future mindset they continue to grow and dominate their sector. With an established finance team, on and offshore, they are now looking for a Purchase to Pay Senior to join their in-house team.

You will need to have extensive knowledge of Purchase to Pay and be confident in implementing new processes to improve accuracy and smooth running. You must be able to understand the dynamics behind the accounts and assist with leading the team. You should be adaptable and able to assist with projects e.g. system changes and upgrades. You will need to have a good understanding of double entry and its effect.

Duties:

Ensure workloads are prioritised with the on and offshore teams.
Carry out bank reconciliations.
Investigate escalations and implement resolution plans.
Provide an in-depth analysis of errors.
Liaise confidently with suppliers and the wider team.
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are measured and met and failures understood and rectified.
Operate a continual loop of review and control improvements.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy of ledgers.
Create reports from data analysis.
Liaise with audit.
