Gleeson Finance are working in partnership with this growing business in Warwick, to recruit a permanent Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will ensure all invoices are processed on an accurate and timely basis, providing full support to the wider business and finance team.
We are looking for people who are adaptable to change, and have proven experience of working in a fast paced environment. Duties include, high volume invoice processing and dealing with enquires from external suppliers and other internal departments. You will thrive in a customer focused environment, with experience of raising invoices and payments.
You will drive efficiencies to improve processing, dealing efficiently with supplier queries, processing payment runs with a view on cash flow management. You will work with the business to improve processes, and manage a small team of AP clerks.
In order to be considered, you will have a professional telephone and email technique for resolution of invoice queries, and be confident at liaising with internal operations managers regarding invoicing queries. You will also have a methodical and analytical approach to the reconciliation of accounts, with experience in improving processes. SAP experience would also be very useful.
In return, you will receive a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 with discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, free on-site parking, double matched pension and a health care scheme.
