Accounts Payable Clerk
£18,000 - £19,000 PA
To apply for this role you will have vast purchase ledger experience and proficient in all aspects of the role.
- Processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy.
- Processing staff expenses.
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Filing invoices.
- Responding to queries via telephone and email.
- Clearing accounts payable mailbox daily.
- Proactively contacting suppliers for copy invoices/missing details.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a small team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages- in particular Excel.
- Ability to use initiative when approaching a problem.
