Gleeson Finance are working in partnership with this growing business in Coventry, to recruit a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will ensure all invoices are processed on an accurate and timely basis, providing full support to the Accounts Payable team.
We are looking for people who are adaptable to change, and have proven experience of working in a fast paced environment. Duties include, inputting supplier details on relevant systems and maintaining accurate records, entering invoices and matching to purchase orders onto the system and dealing with enquires from external suppliers and other internal departments. You will thrive in a customer focused environment, with experience of raising invoices and payments.
In order to be considered, you will have a professional telephone and email technique for resolution of invoice queries, and be confident at liaising with internal operations managers regarding invoicing queries. You will also have a methodical and analytical approach to the reconciliation of accounts, with purchase ledger experience.
