Gleeson Finance are working exclusively with this SME business in Stratford Upon Avon, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a stand alone purchase ledger role, looking after multiple projects within the business. Part of a larger group, this company has a fantastic team culture and the successful candidate will be keen to get stuck in and be a self motivated team player who picks things up quickly with a positive 'can do' attitude.

Duties include matching all invoices with orders, processing invoices for payment within terms, process, record and file all relevant documents, reconciliations and identifying missing invoices. You will work with team members and other colleagues to meet targets, setting up new accounts ready for verification. You will post daily the vendor invoices and credits on to the finance system, assisting the finance team as and when required.

In order to be considered, you will be an experienced ledger clerk with strong communication and relationship building skills. You will have the ability to meet deadlines, being able to prioritise your day efficiently, and have good Excel skills.

In return, you will receive a salary of circa £25,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension, free parking, gym discount, flexible working hours and part remote working.
