A market leading business based in Warwick have partnered with Gleeson Recruitment Group as they search for a temporary Purchase Ledger and Employee Expenses Clerk, to oversee all travel and expenses claims across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day travel and expense queries from employees and the business
- Inputting and matching of supplier invoices
- Input of Employee expenses ensuring adherence to company policies
- Ensuring the resolution of pricing/delivery/master data/other queries
- Establishing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure they are compliant with company procedures necessary for Accounts Payable
- Maintaining vendor relationships
- Helping to identify trends in employee travel and expenses and initiate discussion around findings with the business
Key Experience:
- Previous experience working in Purchase Ledger and Expenses
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player
