I am exclusively retained to find a senior Property Development lawyer to lead the Manchester offering of this specialist, values driven law firm.

Due to increased activity and growth, we are now looking to recruit a senior property development solicitor who is either already a partner or looking to become a partner and keen to fulfil both an internal and external leadership role.

You will manage and develop a team of property development lawyers and lead on nationally significant property projects and developments.

The ideal candidate will have a background in development, ideally residential, although additional exposure to or a genuine interest in social housing and regeneration would be ideal.

There is plenty of support on offer and a team in place to guide you should this be your first partner role, equally, should you be an existing partner (with or without a team to follow), there is opportunity to take up a greater leadership role across the national group.

No following is required, given the strength of client base and reputation, however you must share the core values and commitment to social purpose.
