You have the opportunity to join a leading name in the pub sector as Property Manager for the South West region. Managing a managed pub portfolio of around 100 pubs in the region, you will join progressive leading business in the sector with excellent opportunities to progress as they grow and evolve into the future.
Having met with this well-known name in the industry it's been interesting to learn about new roles that have been created under their newly evolved structure. The Group Property department has been realigned to result in a focused managed team where Property Managers will focus on either Managed or Tenant properties, not both, resulting in a specialist approach to each specific business unit.
This particular vacancy is for a Property Manager with managed pub experience to cover the South West region. As a result you will ideally reside in an area near Bristol or Swindon with the ability to travel within that region.
Let's be honest, "Property Manager" can mean many things but this version of the role is one where you will manage CAPEX and Maintenance on managed pubs in the region. You will have a cocktail of proven experience as Property Manager working in the licensing sector as a Maintenance Manager, Property Manager or Property Surveyor and be able to communicate very well with people. You may well be someone (Property Surveyor) looking to step up into the role of Property Manager - our client is really keen to talk to people like this too because within their structure it will be easy to get noticed. When it comes to remuneration, the budget they have is on point with the rest of the market - the basic salary on offer for this position is up to £50,000 plus company car, pension and the usual list of benefits you would expect.
