Property Manager - West Midlands - Hospitality Operator - Field Based - Up to £55,000 plus car

We are working with an award-winning UK hospitality operator, who is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing property team. The role would involve managing a portfolio of leased & tenanted estates in the West Midlands region.

Our client has consistently delivered a strong performance throughout the estates across the UK due to the company's proactive investment programme, targeted strategies, core values, and dedicated & passionate team.

In summary, you would be responsible for delivering investment programmes within an agreed timescale and CAPEX budget, managing and developing contractors to ensure value for money and maintaining & enhancing site maintenance on all repairs within your portfolio. The role is customer focused so is it vital that you deliver exceptional customer service to colleagues and licensees.

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced within the pubs or retail sector
• Strong track record of property management
• Multisite experience
• Exceptional customer service
• Commercial and analytical negotiation skills
