Join a national Property Litigation team with one of the largest property litigation practices in the UK! Our client is looking for a driven Property Litigator in the Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Reading, Manchester or Leeds areas to make their mark with them.
Their team has extensive experience and unrivalled expertise in dealing with the complex area of property litigation. They act for clients in all areas of landlord and tenant litigation and any real estate dispute, including break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, land registration disputes, issues relating to landlord's consent, lease renewals, possession claims, recovery of rent and other arrears, rights to light and other easement disputes, service charge issues, property-related insolvency, and restrictive covenants.
As a key member of their team, you will work alongside their established partners on high quality, technical work at both local and national levels. You'll be expected to take initiative and make things happen from day one. No two days are ever the same with their team, and you'll be working with people who thrive on being proactive, bringing energy and ideas to make a real difference to clients.
Their client invests heavily in developing their people and providing a supportive work culture in an innovative and flexible environment. You'll be supported and encouraged to participate in client development initiatives to help build your career and boost your skills.
Their clients include household names in the retail and leisure sectors, investment landlords, developers of both commercial and residential land, local authorities, and other public bodies. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry.
Their client holds a strong belief in culture and community, and they genuinely believe they have something different to offer you. This is reflected in everything they do, from their use of technology to enable agile working, to their team spirit and culture, and their collaborative way of delivering across offices.
If you're a driven Property Litigator with experience of working within the framework of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, as well as more general experience in dealing with L&T issues such as forfeiture, dilapidations, rent arrears, and possession actions, their client wants to hear from you. Join them today and make a real difference to their clients!
