We are working with a fantastic compant within the legal sector who are looking to replace the existing Practise Management System (Envision) with a new solution. The project will further look at the business as a whole and identify ways to improve general business processes and efficiency across the organisation.

We are seeking to recruit a Project Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to the project team. The successful candidate should feel confident liaising with project stakeholders, proactively organising and managing diaries and taking the lead on tasks to ensure a first rate and seamless service.

Support the project manager with the day-to-day running of project administration tasks

  • Organise/schedule project team meetings (Project team, Cross departmental, Suppliers etc) and logistics.
  • Diary Management
  • Supporting running of meetings, actions & minutes.
  • Arranging and booking hospitality, travel and accommodation as required
  • Opening, maintaining, closing and archiving files
  • Updating and maintaining project databases, webpages and document repositories for key artefacts
  • Scanning, printing and preparing documentation
  • General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
  • Maintaining and tracking RAID logs, work packages and all other project documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities when required
  • Coordinates communications and governance processes

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in an administrative / secretarial capacity
  • Experience of project admin support (Desirable)
  • IT literate with extensive practical experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing, minute taking and organisational skills
  • Efficient diary management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • IT literate with extensive practical experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised with time and documents
  • Ability to work on own initiative
