Project Manager - property portfolio re-brand
Interim role based in North Birmingham
£400 - £500 per day
My client is looking for a project manager to join their transformation team as the business embarks on a major change programme that is touching every part of the business.
With over 700 properties in their portfolio this role is to project manage the external re-branding of all their premises to include new signage, glass, doors and windows on most of their sites. They are right at the start of the process speaking with potential suppliers and at the moment with a view to engaging one of them to get the process started. This is a multi million spend project of work with many of the signs and glass having to be customised due to the different existing facades being all shapes and sizes.
The successful candidate will need to draw up the project plans, implement internal and external risk controls and metrics, monitor the supplier and take responsibility for overseeing successful delivery of the project.
Once this external phase is completed phase 2 will focus on the interior fit out and refurbishment across the portfolio or properties so there is scope for the role to extend into 2020 for the right individual.
You will be have a good working knowledge of Prince 2 and you will have gained some hands on experience project managing similar external re-branding of multiple properties. I am looking for someone who can start ideally within the next 4 weeks so please don't hesitate to send me your CV.
