Project Manager - OMNI Channel - Contact Centre
Interim - initially 6 months
Up to £550 per day
My client, FTSE 250 business based in North Birmingham, is undergoing a major transformation programme touching every part of the business. As part of the change they are looking at upgrading their technology across their contact centres and require a Project Manager to come in and implement the change.
They are looking at an OMNI channel solution as customer engagement is moving from tradition phone calls to web chat and online communication and they therefore require a technology solution fit fir purpose in the 21st century.
The successful Project Manager will have demonstrable previous experience implementing OMNI channel technology solutions into contact or call centres. You will be driven, have strong stake holder management ability and be able to deliver in a fast and agile change environment. You will hold a project management certification such as Prince 2.
This is a super role working and part of a much wider transformation programme working in a particularly formidable change team. Please don't hesitate to apply for the role.
