My client is a large retail business based in North Birmingham. As part of a major business wide transformation programme, they are looking at how to improve operational efficiencies across their branch network.and this role will be to come on board and project manage the implementation of these changes.
This is a head office based project role but you will be working with and managing teams remotely across the country ensuring project plans are being implemented on time and within budget whilst managing risks issues.
All the high level thinking has been done so this particular work stream is moving from design into implementation although there will still be an element of changing and updating of the detailed project plan. You will be implementing change to both front of house and back office across the branch network improving current working practices and customer experience..
This project manage role will be suited to someone with previous multi site experience, managing change of operational processes remotely. Excellent communication skills are imperative as well a strong passion to deliver and take accountability for your schedule of work. You will have a recognised project management certification such as Prince 2.
