We are working with a progressive specialist organisation to help them hire a Project Coordinator. Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to join their property team on a permanent basis, to support Project Managers with the delivery of an ambitious pipeline of projects across the UK.
Our client is looking for a bright, high energy individual who is diligent at excel as the role heavily involves data analytics & reporting. It will be your duty to manage the project pipeline supporting the Project Managers with general administration tasks. You will be an integral part of the team and therefore will be able to manage your time and organise yourself and the administration function very well, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and call stakeholders
- Bright high energy individual with a passion to learn and contribute
- Detail-oriented, able to keep track of lots of data effectively.
- Good computer knowledge and proficient with excel
