Project Architect

My client are an award-winning architecture practice. Established over 40 years ago with over 130 people across 5 UK studios, providing full architectural services, from master planning to interior design.

With the aim to bring value to all projects through clear analysis and well executed design. They approach every project with the same ambition, whether it is an office refurbishment or a new airport terminal. More importantly as well as making good Architecture, they encourage all of their people to learn, grow and develop with them.

Due to expansion the busy Birmingham office are now seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their growing team.

Responsibilities of Project Architect include:

• Variety of residential/mixed-use/industrial projects
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Cover all RIBA stages
• Lead design teams
• Prepare tender applications and presentations
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
• Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

Requirements for Project Architect

· Minimum 3 years experience project leading

· Knowledge and experience of construction techniques

· Part 2/3 qualified with relevant experience

· Proficient using Revit

· Ability to deal with multiple projects at varying stages

· Multidiscipline experience
