Production Manager


Victoria London (Hybrid).

Must be available to travel internationally.

I am pleased to be working with a Leading adventure travel company to recruit a Production manager for their growing Brand team. They are looking for an exceptionally creative and collaborative professional with a relevant background to take the lead on all things video and photography related.

The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of assets across all areas of production for all marketing assets across the full range of media with a hard focus on Digital Media.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with your finger on the pulse of Gen Z content. You will live and breathe organisation, time lines and budgets, and be able to manage the day-to-day asset management, selection and delivery across multiple teams and projects.

The role

  • Managing the production needs of the brand team and organise the Photography and Videography teams to meet them.
  • You will be the main organiser of their national ad international shoots, including, Booking travel, scheduling casting, planning shoot times and organising freelancer artists to meet time lines and briefs
  • Work with the brand and marketing team to push the boundaries of their content.
  • Be the last word in 'on shoot' decisions and decide what makes the final cut.
  • Serve as a Video and Image asset guardian alongside the brand team by managing the image and video libraries using Bynder

The requirements

  • Working experience in production or creative production for a similar Gen - Z focused, Social first brand/ advertising agency.
  • Previous experience planning the logistics of and executing international shoots.
  • Experience managing the budget of a production team and organise shoots to tight budgets.
  • Have a wide ranging and deep network of contacts in the production industry.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
  • multiple projects to deadline and budget
  • up to date knowledge of Gen-Z focused content. Ability to become immersed in cultural trends and understand how to bring these to life through multi format content.
