With real opportunity for career progression? I'm recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to join a procurement function based in Berkshire. This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office work,
As Procurement Coordinator you will report directly to the Procurement Manager and have responsibility for providing support to the procurement function and assist with embedding the procurement framework across the wider business. You will assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies to help with managing contracts and tendering, as well as supplier management and analysing spend.
You will provide administrative support across the procurement function and will develop and write reports and communicate findings across the business. You will be a key advocate for the procurement function and will be a key point of contact for the wider business.
In order to carry out this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in a procurement role
- Ideally part CIPS qualified, or willing to work towards CIPS
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
- The ability to be proactive and solutions focused.
In return you will receive a salary of circa £30,000 plus benefits that include an excellent pension scheme and private healthcare.
