As Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will be working for a business that has grown rapidly across the last 5 years and has plans for even more growth. It is a truly exciting time within this organisation. You will sit as part of the senior management team and will have responsibility for ensuring timely procurement and receipt of raw materials and planning as well as the logistical element. You will drive continuous improvements and manage and deliver agreed KPIs.
You will have responsibility for team and will work towards developing them and growing the supply chain function.
In order to carry out this role effectively, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of running a procurement function
- Experience within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good Excel skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
In return, you will receive a salary of circa £50,000 to £60,000 dependent upon experience, plus car allowance and excellent benefits.
