Based in Birmingham, this is a growing organisation where there is genuine opportunity for career progression and development. This is a hybrid role where your week will be split between the office and home.
As Procurement Analyst, you will provide detailed analysed data to support procurement activities and will help to reduce business spend. You will ensure that data is provided to the team in a timely manner and will identify and target meaningful savings to reduce spend. You will present your findings both verbally and via reports to senior management and will develop models to streamline and improve reporting.
In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communications skills - you will need to be able to present and sell initiatives to senior management
- A collaborative approach
- The ability to deliver in challenging environments
- Previous experience in an analytical role
- Exposure to procurement
