Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking a Practice Administrator, working with a leading client to support an industry leading project within the Technology Sector. Working closely with the Resource Deployment Manager, you will be providing assistance the deployment of resources, data management, reporting of resourcing activities and to aid with the smooth running of practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the on boarding of resources and inducting into practices and programmes
  • Tracking contract end dates against demand, initiating the contractor extension process, ensuring a proactive approach in communicating with programmes, HR and updating the required systems
  • Supporting off boarding of workers from the programme end business, ensuring that the required administrative duties have been executed in a timely manner and communicating with key stakeholders within the business
  • Raising and managing purchase orders for the supply of services, supporting managers in following the correct processes
  • Maintaining Sharepoint, email distribution lists and document control processes
  • Auditing time sheets across the practices, ensuring time is being reported against the correct project, that time sheets are being submitted and approved
  • Providing MI/Reporting to management team

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience working within a similar programme and project environment, ideally within a technology industry
  • Experienced in event planning, project administration or HR administration role
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple demands from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create new and improve existing processes
  • Strong IT Skills - advanced knowledge of Excel, Teams, PowerPoint required
  • Analytical approach to solving problems, prioritising conflicting demands
  • Ability to research, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
