I am currently recruiting for a Planning Solicitor to join a very reputable Birmingham law firm. The firm are well known for having an excellent culture and values of support and inclusivity and a respect for people's lives outside of work. Their client base means there's always a strong pipeline of work in the Planning team with clients in local government, highways and the social sector among others. They are looking for a Solicitor to join them to manage your own caseload as well as having the opportunity to support senior lawyers on more complex matters.
You will support and advise your clients through the Planning process both at application stage and with contentious issues at coming from committee meetings. You will be involved in major regeneration and redevelopment projects and looking at environmental and sustainability issues as part of the planning applications.
If you are a Planning Solicitor currently or a Property lawyer/trainee who is looking to do something different and want to work with a very rewarding and fulfilling client base then this is an ideal role for you and one that warrants serious consideration.
