We are looking for an immediately available Personal Assistant & Business Support Administrator to join our client's Birmingham City Centre based office on a temporary basis.

Our client is looking for a credible PA with extensive experience within events management, minute taking and board meetings. The candidate will be supporting the Directors, and wider departmental leads as well as the wider team of Executive Assistants during leave periods.

You will attend two weekly meetings as well as monthly board meetings and you will be required to take accurate minutes and in turn deliver those minutes to the relevant parties in a timely manner.

This will be a temporary role, paying £16.00 per hour dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday on a hybrid working model.

What will be your responsibilities?

* Quickly integrate with key stakeholders, partners and clients

* Manage and maintain Director's calendars, appointments and travel arrangements and act as a gatekeeper

* Arrange internal and external meetings

* Work closely with the SLT to ensure they are well informed of relevant commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

* Monitoring enquiry inboxes and redirect/file emails

* Manage and maintain filing and workflow systems and software

* Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

* Meeting & diary management

* Excellent meeting of deadlines

* Experience working with Boards and Committees

What would we like from you?

* Experience attending board meetings, taking minutes, and delivering them in a timely manner.

* Experience of supporting and or interfacing with senior members of a Financial services company

* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and logistics

* Well-organised, detail oriented and able to multitask with great follow up skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite

* This job is hybrid requiring in-office working a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility needed as per business requirements.
