Job title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Birmingham City Centre - We will accept applicants from outside of the West Midlands but must have UK Right to Work

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hybrid offering: Remote/hybrid dependant on location of candidate - 3 times a month in office

Start date: June - July 2023

The role:

You will be working with an ambitious team to manage all paid digital channels. This role with focus primarily on Google (PMAX, PPC, Display and Youtube). You will work closely with Head of Acquisition and other senior stakeholders in the business to deliver complex findings on all digital channels. This role will really hands on and in a growing and highly successful business so we are looking for the best of the best in skill set and people with a lot of get up and go!

You will really be able to implement changes and success in this role so this is a really amazing opportunity for the right person.

Key requirements:

  • Manage performance of acquisition channels on a daily and weekly basis including conversion, performance and revenue optimisation
  • Working on the following digital channels - PMAX, Youtube, PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social
  • Be the lead on Youtube strategy and brand content series advertising
  • Work closely with digital media agency
  • Lead on optimisation of manual and automated campaigns
  • Maintain relationships with Google Product Managers to identify data insights for Google strategy
  • Continuously support brand growth through all channels
  • Manage all day to day performance channels activity
  • Creatively work with A/B test landing pages
  • Consistently report on competitor activity and performance channels focusing on paid search
  • Consistently keep up to date with current trends and new technology that will support the businesses growth

Candidate Criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of all above mentioned channels
  • Currently working to a similar level
  • Ambitious nature
  • Great stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within a retail business
  • Meticulous with detail and is able to explore topic in a meaningful manner
