Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a national business to find a People Services Specialist to join their brand-new People Services team based in the Solihull area. With hybrid working available and salary up to £27,000.
As a People Services Specialist you will be:
- First point of contact for all HR queries via telephone, email and online ticketing system
- Supporting with the recruitment and onboarding process by ensuring all offers, contracts and right to work documentation are completed within SLA's
- Managing the Learning & Development inbox
- Overseeing and managing the Digital Apprenticeship System
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support when needed
Ideally you will have experience working with as an HR administrator previously.
