This is an opportunity to join this Award-winning Charity, based in Birmingham who are recruiting this newly created People and Culture Manager role. Salary up to £40k. 4 Day Working Considered. Flexible Working with travel to Birmingham and other sites required.
Reporting into the CEO, as People and Culture Manager you will work as part of the Senior Management Team and shape the culture and people strategy for this Charitable organisation. This role will encompass all aspects of HR, including reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures, Recruitment, learning development and performance, and equality and diversity. The role encompasses the full employee life cycle.
CIPD Level 5, or equivalent as an experienced HR/ People and Culture Manager you will have worked within an SME or start up situation. Ideally you will have worked in a Charity, or where there is a high level of compliance, and how that shapes HR processes and policies.
Travel to Birmingham on a weekly basis, with travel to other sites.
A 4 day working week will be considered.
