Become part of the Pensions team, and play a key role in managing service delivery from external advisers, while working alongside the Trustee Services Manager.

This includes leading on collaboration with our Third Party Administrator, Auditor, Legal adviser and Communications agencies. In addition to regular calls and meetings with the TPA, you will also manage any contact with regulatory bodies, including monitoring of PPF Levies and submitting Scheme Returns in Q1 2024.

Your responsibilities will also involve overseeing the preparation of the Trustee Report & Accounts and managing the Trustee Indemnity Renewal process. You will be assisting the Trustee Services Manager in delivering Trustee Secretariat services for two Defined Benefit schemes, such as minute taking at Board meetings, preparing meeting papers, producing and issuing Trustee Monthly Reports, and monitoring Trustee Action Points. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Trustee's member communications policy. This will involve liaising with the Comms Team and external communications specialists.

You will also have the opportunity to oversee the preparation for the new Dashboard facility introduced by the DWP, and take the lead on other Trustee responsibilities in Key Projects as required.
