Payroll Manager- Fixed Term Contract

£45,000-£50,000- Salary is DOE

Gleeson recruitment are seeking an immediate Payroll Manager to join a modern and forwarding thinking business based in Hereford. The Payroll Manager will have experience managing internal payroll systems and has a logical approach to scenarios. This role will be on a fixed term basis for a minimum of 3 months.

Payroll Manager Duties:

Ensuring that P45's are issued correctly to leavers.
Holding accountability for PAYE checks and NIC Returns on a monthly basis.
Maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and processes for Payroll.
Support and implement procedures into the payroll department to remain and improve efficiency.
Completing P60's, P11d's and PSA Returns when finalising the tax year end.
Supporting the wider team with adhoc based tasks when required.
