Due to workload within the organisation, this renowned organisation is seeking an experienced Pay and Reward Manager within the Human Resources Team. Salary up to £48k + Excellent Pension and 40 Days holiday.
Reporting into the Head of HR Reward, as Pay and Reward Manager you will review current pay and reward policies and advise around amendments and improvements to support the organisation. Other key responsibilities include bench-marking, job evaluation, researching and reviewing market data, reviewing gender pay exercises.
As an experienced Reward Professional, you will have experience of the above and be able to demonstrate where you have developed and maintained strong stakeholder relations.
