Gleeson Recruitment have a fabulous opportunity for a Studio Administrator to join a head office based in Tyseley. The part time hours will be Monday- Friday 10.30am- 2.30pm.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting all customers and clients
  • Being an ambassador for our clients
  • Organising deliveries
  • Updating pricing
  • Processing orders
  • Creating a customer experience since from start to finish
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct department
  • Supporting any adhoc administration tasks

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous front of house experience
  • Passion for customer service
  • Professional and well organised
  • Strong communication skills
