Gleeson Recruitment are currently looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join a company based in Smethwick, this role is a 12 Months FTC and ideally looking for someone to start asap! Our client is looking for a professional individual who is passionate about delivering 5* client service and will add value to their organisation.

The Role

Key responsibilities;

• Ensure incoming telephone calls are managed efficiently and that customers and stakeholders are directed to the appropriate staff member.
• Greeting all visitors on arrival
• Responsibility for managing the meeting room allocation
• Administration support to the HR department

Ideal Candidate

• Professional and polite
• Previous Reception/Customer Service experience/Administration
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience working in a front of house/customer service position
