Purchase Ledger - Part time
Part time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an established organisation based near Birmingham Central. This is a rewarding position working for a fast-paced organisation. Initially this role will be for 3 months.
· Matching invoices to purchase orders, daily
· Invoice documentation for the above is scanned correctly onto the accounts system
· Liaising with various departments to ensure POs are raised and approved in timely manner
· Checking of various invoices and raising purchase orders where required
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Account query resolution
· Setting up supplier accounts based on purchase ledger team procedures
· Allocating payments onto supplier accounts
· Processing of journals onto supplier accounts
· Assisting with reconciliation of credit card transactions, and posting of the corresponding journals
· Provide cover for posting daily bank statement transactions
