Part Time HR Administrator

6 Months FTC

Tipton, Free car parking

From 22,000 to 26,000 (before pro rata)

22.5 hours per week 8.30 - 4.30 pm

Are someone who is able to hit the ground running? Would you describe yourself as a accurate, diligent and people person?

Would you like to work closely with the HR Manager? If so, you might be interested in assisting with the Human Resources administration for a company based in Tipton.

This is a part time position we are looking for a HR Administrator who can uplift, add value and support a HR Manager in their position. It is essential that HR has a presence, so this will be based in the office.

The Role

  • Supporting recruitment documents, adverts, screening
  • Induction processes
  • Managing the monthly payroll
  • Assisting with appraisals and employee development
  • Leaver administration
  • Inputting information onto the HR System

About you

  • Previous HR administration experience is essential and understanding of HR processes
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
