Currently recruiting for a Fantastic Midlands based Marketing Agency who work with an array of brilliant, well-known clients across the UK & Globally. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing, executing and delivering paid social strategies and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against client brief. With modern, central Birmingham offices & the flexibility to work from home, this is the perfect opportunity for a Paid Social Expert to excel their career.

Responsibilities

  • Planning & optimising paid social campaigns across multiple-social channels.
  • Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  • Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.
  • Producing high quality client-facing reports, studies and presentations to the Agencies brand standards including measuring forecasts vs actual and clearly articulating rationale for optimisation methodologies throughout campaigns.
  • Maintaining an in depth understanding of the Agency marketplace and the social landscape to ensure delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with account teams, clients, advertising partners and colleagues.

Key Skills

  • Proven Paid Social experience, preferably with some agency experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate complicated topics
  • Ability to prioritise Social optimisation actions based on expected impact
  • Excellent written skills
