As a Paid Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media - paid search, display, video, and social platforms. You will also manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimisation - including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimisation, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess the ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Have a strong analytical background
  • Be detail oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistency

  • Have worked within platforms including Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 - 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media
  • Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs
  • Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends
  • Deep knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and focus
  • Drive to deliver and exceed performance goals
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style
