My client, a market leading retail business based in the Midlands, is looking to recruit a Paid Social & Display Manager. My client is undergoing a period of sustained growth and it's a hugely exciting time to join.
This is a key hire within the digital marketing team and will lead the overall paid social and display activity.
The Paid Social & Display Manager role will encompass:
- Defining and delivering the channel strategies, with a view to efficiently scaling Display and Paid Social for both B2C and B2B routes to market
- Working effectively to agreed benchmarks & KPIs and CPA's to ensure that all activity has positive ROI & ROAS
- Produce clear daily/weekly/monthly reports using data/visuals to provide compelling insights and action orientated recommendations.
- Managing and defining campaign activity targeting all parts of the customer journey - e.g. Prospecting new customers, remarketing to website visitors and re-engaging with previous customers
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
- A real subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of both Display and Paid Social
- Previous background of working with significant paid social and display budgets
- Strong analytical, presenting and reporting skills
- Passionate and growth orientated.
