Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an Ecommerce retail brand based in Coventry, to recruit for a Paid Media Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.

Job title: Paid Media Manager

Location: Coventry

Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Contract: Full time, Perm

Start date: March/April 2023

WFH Policy: Hybrid | 1-2 days a week

The role:

You will manage and own all paid media campaigns across the this ecommerce B2B/B2C business. This is a hands on role that manages multiple platforms and campaigns including PPC and Social. As this is a hands on role you will be leading on the construction, development and deployment of paid media channels. This is an analytical and technical role and you will be tasked with increasing the companies ROAS.

Key requirements:

  • Hands on management and implementation of all advertising campaigns across Shopping, Display, Search, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Maximise high quality traffic to the website and increase positive ROI & ROAS
  • Work with Head of Marketing to plan and coordinate overall digital marketing strategy
  • Develop and implement full paid media strategy cycle across full breath of channels.
  • Implement, measure and report on campaigns
  • Daily maintenance and monitoring of campaigns of overall paid media performance
  • Produce consistent reports utilising data and visuals to provide insights to internal stakeholders
  • Optimise campaigns consistently
  • Leverage customer profiling and improve segmentation with marketing campaigns to increase improved ROI
  • Liaise with internal ecommerce team to optimise landing pages
  • Complete competitor research and analysis of market share to ensure activity is tactical
  • Deliver Google Analytics insights
  • Be responsible for the over all budget and forecasting of upcoming spends to ensure paid marketing budget is being utilised efficiently
  • Strong communication and project management skills to support wider teams
  • Management of 1 junior in team

Candidate criteria:

  • Previous experience in a managerial hands on role, developing and implementing a paid media strategy
  • Experience within a retail organisation
  • Experience within an ecommerce business
  • Proven track record in successful hands on management of paid media channels - Search, Shopping, Display and Facebook
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • Innovative, proactive and driven
  • Management experience
