Job title: Paid Media Executive
Location: Coventry
Salary: £25k - £35k DOE
Contract: Perm, full time
WFH: Hybrid - 1 - 2 days a week in the office

Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an Ecommerce retail brand based in Coventry, to recruit for a Paid Media Executive on a full time, perm basis.

The role will support with the Paid Search strategy as well as working across other Paid Media channels including Search, Display, Shopping, Facebook & Pinterest. This is an important, hands-on role within the marketing department that will be responsible for ensuring the execution of all relevant channels, with a particular focus on paid search activity.

You will be a highly organised and analytical individual, committed to quality work and attention to detail, and be passionate about the huge impact that quality paid media marketing campaigns can generate. The Paid Media Executive should be well versed on paid media attribution and understanding the value of different acquisition channels and how they support each other.

Key requirements:

  • Working with the team on paid social function and developing and executing the overall strategy.
  • Manage the overall coordination and execution of multiple PPC and social campaigns, predominantly but not limited to Search, Shopping, Display, Facebook & Pinterest.
  • Working on campaign structure, targeting methodology, reach and engagement objectives
  • Monitor key metrics, implementing the necessary changes to optimise engagement.
  • Work with the paid social budget set by the Paid Search Manager
  • Work with and provide status updates for the Head of Marketing.
  • Report writing and campaign success measurement.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Have experience within a similar PPC or Paid Search role.
  • Experience using Google Ads and Google Analaytics.
  • Proficient in managing campaigns end-to-end; from strategic development through to delivery and optimisation
  • Analytical and data driven - using data insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Passion about customers, results, and online excellence - with a good knowledge of emerging trends.
