Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a Board of Directors within the health care sector for a client based in the Wolverhampton area.

Duties:

  • The PA will be up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with managing a range of complex priorities.
  • Managing the Director's email & diary, ensuring actions and meetings are appropriately prioritised
  • Planning and co-ordination of global travel including supporting the development of business meetings and making all travel arrangements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from a range of internal & external customers and stakeholders
  • Planning & coordinating Management Team meetings, team events and annual conferences Undertaking a variety of administrative activities including preparation of reports and presentations compiling briefings for meetings; overseeing the team's budgets and expenditure

The ideal PA will have the following skill sets:

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision and deal with a heavy workload and wide range of tasks, using initiative and judgement to resolve or redirect more complex issues
  • Proven experience of providing administrative support
  • Confident communication skills including ability to communicate with senior business executives & key decision makers in the private and public sectors
  • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritise well and deliver to tight deadlines in a high-pressured environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
