An opportunity has arisen for this newly created Organisational Development Manager role, to be based from Telford for this leading Financial Services organisation.
As Organisational Development Manager you will review, develop and embed the Organisational Development frameworks across the organisation. This will include overseeing Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement processes.
Working within a matrix structure, you will be adept at working with a range of stakeholders, in an ever-changing environment.
Having experience of Performance Management and Talent Management processes, and a working knowledge of change management and developing organisational culture is essential.
Monthly travel to other sites required. Occasional overnight stays required.
