Are you an ambitious and driven Order to Cash specialist? Can you confidently build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders? Do have an eye for detail and strive to improve processes?

We are working with an established and market leading company based in Warwick. Their expertise, high quality product and customer care and have enabled them to continue to flourish across the UK. Through natural growth their finance team continues to expand and are now looking to appoint an Order to Cash Analyst to their detail oriented and collaborative finance team.

Duties:

  • Ensure correct cash allocation across receipts and payments in a timely manner.
  • Carry out analysis of errors and escalations.
  • Strive to continually improve processes.
  • Manage banking interfaces to SAP.
  • Build and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are measured and met in line with processes.
  • Manage and prioritise workloads with your in house and offshore teams.
  • Assist with the production of weekly and monthly project control information standard management information, along with month end reports, as required.

We are looking for a flexible team player but equally able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Competencies:

  • Excellent working knowledge of double entry bookkeeping.
  • Competent with analysis of data and reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient with financial software systems including SAP.
  • Previous study or plans to study toward a financial qualification e.g., AAT/CIMA/ACCA is desirable.
