Onboarding Coordinator
Halesowen, West Midlands
6 month FTC

Hybrid Working (4 days WFH / 1 day in office)
This role will be reporting into the onboarding manager.

Due to the company expansion and growth I am looking for an onboarding coordinator to join my company on a FTC basis.

The Role:

  • Supporting the onboarding team
  • Dealing with references
  • Large volume of DPS checks
  • Data Entry to ensure maintenance of the systems
  • Assisting with inductions and new starters
  • Working towards set goals and KPI's
  • Regular communication with stakeholders

What experience you need:

  • Onboarding experience
  • DPS check knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be able to prioritise workload
  • Positive attitude

Job Offer:

  • Working Hours- 9:00am to 5:00pm ( 4 days WFH, 1 day office based)
  • Salary - £22,000
  • Location - Halesowen
