Onboarding Coordinator

Hybrid Working (4 days WFH / 1 day in office)


I am currently recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator, based in Halesowen on a hybrid basis.


This role will be reporting into the onboarding manager.

Due to the company expansion and growth I am looking for several candidates with onboarding experience to join my client on a FTC basis.


The Role:

  • Supporting the onboarding team
  • Dealing with references
  • Assisting with inductions and new starters
  • Working towards set goals and KPI's
  • Regular communication with stakeholders


Ideal Candidate:

  • Onboarding experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be able to prioritise workload
  • Positive attitude
  • Knowledge or experience in using HR / Payroll systems


Job Offer:

  • Working Hours- 9:00am to 5:00pm ( 4 days WFH, 1 day office based)
  • Salary - £22,000
