Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be exclusively supporting our client, who is seeking a Compliance & Onboarding Manager to lead their recruitment administration team.
In this newly-created role, you will have accountability to drive successful process improvements, to reduce time to compliance, achievement of KPI's, ensuring a successful candidate experience and handover from new employees to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency within the onboarding process
- Analysis of delay issues within onboarding/compliance and successful implementation of improvement plans
- Ensure required compliance / onboarding standards are achieved for all new employees
- Management of escalated queries regarding compliance and onboarding documentation
- Develop, interpret and drive results through reporting and data management
- Lead, coach and mentor Administration and Recruitment Advisors to drive performance
- Build strong working relationships with Line Managers across the business, keeping them updated with progress reports
- Support compliance & onboarding for any employees transferring to the business through acquisition / TUPE transfer
- Closely working with Payroll department, to ensure employees are paid accurately
- Work with L & D department to ensure maximisation of candidates to join induction per week
- Liaise with government and regulatory authorities to ensure the business keeps up to date with requirements
- Be involved with project work and continual improvement of all department activity
Person Specification:
- Demonstrable experience in driving successful improvements in onboarding and compliance processes, preferably within a Healthcare setting
- Drive KPI results via a team, with experience in successfully managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent knowledge of DBS and Right To Work Processes
- Knowledge of TUPE processes
- Ability to build strong working internal relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidential and discreet
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of OFSTED managers' registration would be advantageous
