If so, Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a Birmingham client who are seeking their next On-boarding Account Executive.

The On-boarding Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth on-boarding & training of new clients. The on-boarding process will begin once a client accepts the offer and lasts until completion of the initial induction programme. A new client's first impression of the organisation and the speed with which they can engage fully with the company and their journey is of critical importance.

You will be responsible for the effective collaboration between the on-boarding team and the wider business. This organisation is experiencing an exciting period of sustained, rapid growth with large cohorts of new clients joining across all national locations. Therefore, it is vital that the on-boarding team continue to deliver a high-quality, joined-up experience for new clients, characterised by effective communication with all stakeholders.

The Role:

  • Having end-to-end knowledge of the on-boarding process, contributing functions and stakeholders involved
  • Ensuring a high-quality on-boarding experience for all new clients nationally, through coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the on-boarding process.

This will include:

  • Proactive planning of operational on-boarding delivery, ensuring you consistently meet the needs of the clients and the service required
  • Managing the induction programme, working with all areas of the business to maximise the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of induction sessions, coordinating the development of new sessions as necessary
  • Overseeing the preparation of the induction programme and ensuring that all tasks have been completed
  • Championing and facilitating effective communication and decision making across the on-boarding team, driving effective collaboration and enabling all functions to perform to a high level.
  • Driving quality in all aspects of on-boarding through identifying and implementing process improvements in collaboration with the wider on-boarding team, optimising the ongoing delivery of on-boarding processes to new employees.
  • Being the key point of contact representing the on-boarding team and its activities within the wider company, ensuring that questions are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and the ability to train and advise others on key aspects of the bespoke systems used across the organisation
